Our story begins with a love for BBQ and an uncle—a true pitmaster—whose award-winning sauce inspired our pursuit of a perfect sauce.

We took the foundational ingredients he shared with us as our starting point and set to work in 2025 building our recipe. Refining and elevating our base with careful additions that capture the spirit of Tennessee: the rolling hills, the hickory smokehouses, the bold flavors that define our state. Through countless test batches, small batching, late-night tastings, and tweaks, two standout versions emerged—both unmistakably bold and smoky, yet perfectly distinct: Thick & Sweet, and Thin & Spicy.

Thick & Sweet has all the characteristic notes you love in a BBQ sauce with a smoky finish to compliment your meats while maintaining a low-heat profile.

Thin & Spicy is crafted to build that sweet, smoky heat over time for those of you who like things a little hotter with each bite.

And after a year of perfecting the balances, we're proud to offer these sauces under Tennessee's craft food laws—made right here in the Volunteer State in Jackson, Tennessee, bottled with care, and ready to bring authentic Tennessee smoke and soul to your table.
